A care line, in order

Nine stages, from the property to the next visit.

The line below is the working order. A branch opens at each stage. Nothing here is a fixed package, a response-time promise or a claim that every property follows the identical diary.

  1. 01

    Understand the property

We start with the home itself: how it is used, how often someone is there, and what the owner needs looked after while they are away.

  2. 02

    Agree the service

Visit rhythm, reporting, access and the boundaries of the arrangement are agreed for that property. Nothing on this website is a fixed package.

  3. 03

    Establish access

Access is set up only with the owner’s authority. Codes, combinations and passwords are not collected through the website.

  4. 04

    Define the check routine

The visible areas and observations included in a visit are agreed before the routine begins.

  5. 05

    Visit / observe

The property is attended as agreed. Observations stay within that scope.

  6. 06

    Document

Notes and photographs, where agreed, record the visible condition at the time of the visit.

  7. 07

    Report

The owner receives an update of what was checked and what may need attention.

  8. 08

    Coordinate actions

If something needs a contractor, City Root can coordinate approval, access and a visible follow-up. Specialist certification stays with the contractor.

  9. 09

Prepare for return / continue care

Before an arrival, or between visits, the same line of care continues: check, update, and leave the home ready for the next agreed step.

When you are ready, set out the property. If you want the flagship service first, start with second home management.
