Oversight, not a security contract
Property oversight with security in mind.
An empty-looking house benefits from being looked at. That is oversight. It is a different service from guarding, alarm monitoring, CCTV monitoring or a promise that a property cannot be entered.
- Visible access condition The entrance and other access points included in the visit, as they appear.
- Obvious damage Marks, displacement or breakage that can be seen without opening up the building.
- Unusual signs Something that was not part of the property’s ordinary appearance last time.
- Windows and doors Visible concerns within the agreed scope. Not a lock survey.
- Owner notification A prompt, plain update when something visible should be known.
- Specialist coordination If the owner wants a locksmith, alarm engineer or other security specialist, that provider is arranged separately.
